    Hi Eric, 

    This sounds like an issue with your managed environment. I'm guessing either Book Creator or your email configuration is not part of your "managed" setup, meaning these two apps cannot talk to each other. Can you get your IT department, or whoever manages the iPads, to take a look?

    We are having the same problem, but our IT cannot figure it out either.

    The problem ended up being with the setup of Apple Configurator, and the email was set to not allow apps to connect to it. After checking the configuration for the email, the problem was resolved.
